Our placement system, is generally aged based on year of birth. If the program is for a club or school the placement will be advised by each entity. The Performance Academy placement is by year of birth. 

Coerver Coaching want to ensure the most growth and development for every player and where possible we welcome any requests for children to be with their friends or team mates.

Coerver Coaching programs have their refund policy listed on the terms and conditions page.

Unfortunately, we cannot prorate our programs once a camp has started. We understand every now and then a player will miss one day of a program. Although we encourage each player to attend all advertised days, we understand things come up.

Every now and then we will have positions open up due to players switching programs at the last minute. If this happens, we contact people in order on the wait list for that camp.

Yes this is fine and a credit will be offered for a future program.

Certificates, prizes etc are generally given out at the final session. If your child will be absent please advise us so we can make alternative arrangements. If you have a friend participating in the same program, your friend can let their coach know and pick that up for your child.

Yes, We have water coolers or water facilities well placed at the site, coaches stop for water breaks frequently throughout the day.

We have a certified first aid trainer at every camp. On hand, our trainer has a copy of the medical information and contact information you provided during registration.

When you check in on the first day of camp, let the staff member know. They will introduce you to your coach for the program. Please bring your items in a zip-lock bag (or container) with your child’s name and number on it.

  • Sun screen
  • Water bottle – can refill at camp
  • Shin guards – required to be worn at all times on the field
  • Extra pair of shoes  if possible
  • Snacks
  • Please label all equipment
  • Advice of any medical condition

Most of the camp locations have shaded area, however, we cannot always know how much shade will be available. Our staff always encourage the children to visit available shade during breaks.

In relation to inclement weather please arrive at the venue each day. The Program Director will make the final decision to train. We do play through rain alone, but nearly all of our locations have some sort of facility/shelter to use in case of lightening and or storm.

We do not offer reimbursement for weather delays, however, if enough time is missed, we will email out “homework” and out of camp activities for players to continue to grow. For most programs we also allow a makeup session in our programming.

You will need to check in your child the first day of a program. Look for a table or the Coerver signs for check-In. During check-in our staff will provide you with further information. We encourage people to arrive early on the first day as there can sometimes be a line to check-in.
